BloggerWave Paid Me!

Heap Up on Aug-28-2008

“Expect the unexpected”, this sayings is 100% true. Just yesterday when I arrived from school, I checked my email inbox [my usual activity]. When opened my email, I was surprised when I read “BloggerWave payment”. There were three same messages. I thought it was a joke coz it’s been 3 months since I wrote their assignments. I thought they’re not going to pay me anymore, so I didn’t expect bloggerwave to pay me. But I was wrong.

Who says bloggerwave won’t pay your post? They will pay but no after 1 month. So better wait patiently!

Thesis Proposal Success!

Heap Up on Aug-26-2008

Just one hour ago we had our thesis proposal with my two other partners. We were so nervous because we were not ready to defend our study since we were so busy with our other subjects. We pleaded our proffesor not to let us defend today but then she said we have no choice but to defend now.

The three of us hurriedly look for a room to conduct the thesis proposal. We reminded our panelists and statistician that we will have a proposal. Thirty minutes left before the proposal begins, our hearts were beating  so fast, flight or fight response was present(Lol).

We then started our defense from the introduction up to statistical tools. “Done” my classmate said. We sat infront and prepared ourselves to answer the possible questions. Our panelist said “Good Title“. The heavy metal becomes light. Wew, that’s what we wanted to hear.  They bombarded us with questions and luckily we were able to answer all the questions.  After those hard questions our panelist approved our study and gave some suggestions and corrections. Hmmm.. we were so blessed!

Summer is the best time to travel around the world because kids have no classes and bosses will let you take a break. Summer is just the time to spend with the families, friends and relatives. I know that every family needs to have a vacation…so its time spend the money that you are saving! You may ride with a bus, a boat or an airplane to get into your destination. But I suggest you travel using the airplane because you can save time and the travel is not so tiring. However, it has been said that airplanes does not supply blankets and pillows anymore. [Yayks, its so cold in the plane and there is no blankets and pillow?] Gosh, I remember when my sister stole the blanket from the plane [hehehe]. Goodbye Carpal Tunnel Syndrome!

Heap Up on Aug-17-2008

People who usually play the piano and always sitting in the computer typing all day are predisposed to develop carpal tunnel syndrome. And I’m not an exemption to that. As a blogger, I always face my beautiful computer ( without a mouse pad ) and do the “typing thingy” to finish my tasks. For how many months of blogging I noticed that my wrists and fingers were starting to get hurt and when I play the piano, the sound sucks because I could hardly move my wrists and fingers! It really gave me a headache. I tried to ease the pain by taking analgesics (a pain reliever) but the relief was only temporary. I also tried to exercise my wrists and fingers. However, the pain became worst.

Finally, I found this carpal tunnel relief by IMAK. I’ve been searching for this and thankfully I’ve found the best relief! I love the smart glove, wrist wrap, wrist cushion and mouse cushion. Gosh! I think I love them all! This is what I’m looking for to relieve my carpal tunnel syndrome. Since, I have this now… I can continue my “typing thingy” and play the piano all day! :)

Attention to all bloggers, don’t forget to buy a carpal tunnel relief by IMAK for you to continue the world of blogging! Remember, wrists and fingers are very important for typing! Buy now!

Benefits of having a Cisco Certificate

Heap Up on Jul-27-2008

My cousin is currently taking Information Technology (IT) course. And I really wonder why she took that course. I couldn’t find any benefit of it. What is information Tech anyway? How will you get a job on that? Who will hire you? Those questions were really a headache for me.

Her father wants her to take the nusring course but she did not. What was on her mind? Nursing is good. There are many opportunities out of nursing. But still she took the IT and now she’s in her 4th year level. Her face is always in the computer. I don’t what she’s doing in the computer. Hays, I don’t understand my cousin.

I was browsing in the net and looked for the meaning of IT. What are the jobs, how will she get a job and etc. To my surprise, being an IT students has lots of opportunities in the internet world, tech companies and many more. What a a dull person I am. (huuhuhu)

Just yesterday I met my cousin and she’s talking about Cisco certification. What is that, anyway? I asked. She explained to me that having a cisco cirtificate means that you have something to boast in the IT industry and companies prefer to hire individulas who have a Cisco certificate.  The training and Cisco Certification enables you to connect with other companies and it will make you prosper and even influence others.

Cisco certification is very important for IT people! With that kind of certificate, they will find a job easier and faster.

DM test

Heap Up on Jul-27-2008

We had an exam a while ago. It was about treatments, medications, surgeries in Metabolic Disturbances. It was kinda hard, yah know. We were only given a 30 minutes to answer a 70 item-test. I haven’t answered all the questions… it was confusing. All of them are correct, you must choice the best answer only. Hopefully, the result will be good. It’s okay if it’s not high as long as I’ll get the passing score.

Is this a room?

Heap Up on Jul-19-2008

What can you say about this room? This is my bestfriend’s boarding house, very unorganized. You might say the people who stays here are lazy but I tell you, they are just busy being a student! They seldom clean their room because of mountains of requirements they make each day. As far as I know, when my bestfriend clean their room… a minute after it’s a total mess again!

I think they need a helper to clean their room… not everyday but every minute and every second. *Laughs* Whenever I went to their boarding house, I always say ” Kagubot ba diri oi” - it’s so messy in here. And they would say, why don’t you help us clean this messy room. Being a kind girl, I offered a helping hand to them (char lang, pag chure oi!)
